Great to meet you! Romone is a distinguished community leader with over 5 years of experience in Social Work supporting children, families, elders, and the unhoused across Los Angeles and surrounding communities.
Romone is a first-generation college graduate where he earned his Bachelor's of Arts in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles in 2024. Throughout his time at CSULA, Romone founded Inertia to build a network that enables aspiring professionals to continue upward mobility and access wellness services in academic spaces. Since then, he has been advocating for trauma-informed care, security, and advancement for college students, young adults, and families.
Romone returned back to school passionate about providing social services through a different lens and earned his Master's of Arts in Policy Administration from California State University, Long Beach in 2025. While managing Inertia, Romone remains deeply rooted in community service and advocacy for others.
