In partnership with public organizations, Inertia hosts workshops geared towards career development and employee advocacy. Previous workshops discussed topics ranging from resume building, elevator pitch, interview etiquette, and networking advice.

Inertia provides consulting services to local businesses in support of business growth. Sessions include practice of technical skills, website development, marketing strategies, and more.

From live art installations and music showcases to mental health workshops and eco-friendly DIY sessions, every event is a unique opportunity to collaborate, express, and grow. It's not just an event; it's a movement where you can be a part of something bigger.

To support aspiring professionals receive early-on job experience, Inertia periodically offers internship opportunities to young adults, college students, and college graduates. Opportunities range from marketing roles, event organization, and community outreach. 

The foundational mission of Inertia is wellness accessibility. Inertia collects and distributes resources pertaining to mental health, nutrition, fire relief, and more. Inertia is committed to helping our members achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

As a proud PUSD graduate, our founder connects with Pasadena organizations to empower the youth of our community. From discussing how to build confidence to the importance of soft skills, Inertia provides presentations, panelists, and guides to share with our youth.
